COVID-19 Updates

We are closely monitoring the situation unfolding surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) internally, with our Wake Forest University colleagues, and in accordance with CDC guidelines. Our highest priority is the safety, health, and wellbeing of our visitors, our staff, and our volunteers at Reynolda.

Latest updates:

  • Reynolda House is closed temporarily until further notice. Reynolda House intends to safely reopen at limited capacity and with required reservations once it is determined by governing agencies that museums in the state of North Carolina are allowed to do so. The Museum will follow all state and CDC-mandated guidelines, including required face coverings for visitors over the age of 11.
  • All in-person programs, tours (including school tours and group tours) are cancelled through Nov. 30, 2020.
  • The opening of "Tiffany Glass" has been postponed until the Museum is permitted to reopen.
  • Enhanced cleaning measures are in place at the Museum.
  • Full-time staff members are working remotely in accordance with WFU guidelines. Please note that full-time Museum staff are working a limited remote weekly schedule and may need additional time to respond to inquiries.
  • Reynolda Gardens' outdoor spaces are open for all to enjoy. The indoor spaces at the Gardens (greenhouse, conservatory, and public restrooms) are temporarily closed until further notice.
  • The front gate at Reynolda is closed. Please be sure to keep a safe distance from others when outside at Reynolda.
