Pictured: The books made by the authors in the Creative Writing workshop.
We've been busy with our Writing Adventures camps. Each camper makes his or her own book as a portfolio of his or her writing. In our Creative Writing Workshop (for grades 6-9), the participants made a bound codex (the name for books like a regular hard-cover book). If you would like to make your own book similar to what these campers made, download the guide below. The campers discovered that stitching a book can be a little tricky, but the finished books were fantastic!
