Holiday Stroll

Date: Sat, November 23, 2019
Time: 2:00pm - 8:00pm

Reynolda House, Gardens, and Village

Free with Museum admission; admission to Gardens and Village free. Free for Wake Forest University faculty, staff, and students.

Stroll the sidewalks, galleries, and gardens of Reynolda surrounded by beautiful decorations, carolers, and merriment at this annual kickoff to the holiday season. Take a carriage ride through the Village, see the 1917 bungalow after-hours, and escape to the greenhouse to see the orchid display. Plus, look for photo spots throughout Reynolda perfect for your own holiday cards.

From 2 to 6 p.m., warm your hands with hot chocolate and Christmas card-making at the Museum

At 3, 4,  and 5 p.m. keep the warm and fuzzies going with caroling in the Museum's Reception Hall. No musical experience required; just a love of the holidays!

From 5 to 8 p.m., don't miss your opportunity to visit with Santa followed by a carriage ride through the Village.

Can you book the carriage rides ahead?  I think this would be a great gift.

Hi Lyssa, thanks for your message! There is no charge for carriage rides and they cannot be booked ahead of time — they are first come, first served. The line for the rides will meet near A Proper View and AR Workshop. We look forward to having you this weekend!

Do we just need to purchase musuem tickets for this?

Hi Julie, thanks for your message! Admission is charged for events at the museum itself  (caroling in the Reception Hall and card-making).  There is no charge to check out the gardens and village. Let us know if you have any other questions and we look forward to seeing you!
